Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

United States & Puerto Rico

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Canada

  • 7–14 business days

International

  • 10–30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages. This is normal, as items may be produced at different facilities.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Fluffcore is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update the address before production begins.

Lost or Damaged Packages
